A CHARTER ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARTER ORDINANCE 16, SECTION 2 THEREOF, TO INCREASE MUNICIPAL COURT COSTS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF COLWICH, KANSAS.

Section 1. Charter Ordinance No. 16, Section 2 thereof, is hereby amended to read as follows:

       Section 2. In addition to any costs assessed for witness fees and mileage, the Colwich, Kansas, Municipal Court Judge shall impose, in all cases in which the defendant enters a plea or is found guilty before the court, court costs in the amount of $50.00.
