A CHARTER ORDINANCE DEALING WITH EXEMPTING THE CITY OF COLWICH, KANSAS, FROM ONE PROVISION OF K.S.A. 15-209 IN CONNECTION WITH QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS CONCERNING THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF COLWICH, KANSAS.

Section 1. City Clerk Residency Requirement. The city clerk of the city of Colwich, Kansas, can be, but is not required to be, an actual resident of the City of Colwich, Kansas, in order to carry out the duties of city clerk.
